2. Quotations and Pricing
- Estimates: All quotes provided via the website or email are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, port fees, and unforeseen operational costs.
- Validity: Quotations are typically valid for 7-15 days unless otherwise stated.
- Additional Charges: You are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to incorrect cargo dimensions, late documentation, or storage fees.
3. Client Responsibilities (Accuracy of Information)
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding the nature, value, and description of the goods.
- Prohibited Items: You shall not ship hazardous, illegal, or restricted goods without prior written consent and proper declaration.
- Customs Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the commodity codes (HS Codes) and declared values are accurate for customs clearance.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Carrier Liability: Xinhan Logistics acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party carriers (Airlines, Shipping Lines). Our liability is limited to the selection of qualified carriers.
- Cargo Loss: In the event of loss or damage, compensation shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual value of the goods, or (b) the liability limits set forth by the applicable international conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight, Montreal Convention for air freight).
- Exclusions: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, war, or force majeure events.
5. Insurance
We strongly recommend that Clients purchase Cargo Insurance for all shipments. Unless explicitly stated in writing, Xinhan Logistics does not provide insurance coverage for your goods.
6. Payment Terms
- All invoices are due upon receipt unless credit terms have been expressly agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments may result in the suspension of services and the accrual of interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Xinhan Logistics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
