For the applicant for the first time, provide the information listed in the Application Form for Import and Export Battery Products Filing and the Application Form for Import and Export Battery Products Filing:(1) The applicant’s “Business License of Enterprise Legal Person” (copy with official seal).(2) The letter of authorization of the legal representative of the applicant to authorize the specific handling personnel to handle the record (need to be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the applicant).(3) The importer or import agent of imported battery products, the “Business license of enterprise legal person” of the manufacturer of exported battery products (copy with official seal).(4) The manufacturer’s statement, that is, the battery manufacturer’s statement on the mercury content of its products and whether the mercury content is in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations (requires the manufacturer’s signature or seal, a copy can be affixed with the official seal of the applicant’s unit).(5) Product description, that is, the battery manufacturer’s description of the structure, electrochemical system, brand, specifications, model, origin, appearance and marking of the battery product, as well as the appearance photo of the single battery. (The manufacturer’s signature or seal is required, the copy is OK, and the official seal of the applicant’s unit is affixed).2. For the applicant unit that has obtained the Record of Import and Export Battery Products in the previous year, it shall submit the following materials to the inspection and quarantine institution that originally issued the Record one month before the expiration of the Record:(1) The original of the Record of Import and Export Battery Products of the previous year.(2) The battery manufacturer has not changed the structure, process, formula and other related manufacturing conditions of its products and the written statement that the mercury content of its products conforms to Chinese laws and regulations (requires the manufacturer’s signature or seal, a copy can be affixed with the official seal of the applicant’s unit).(3) The letter of authorization of the legal representative of the applicant to authorize the specific handling personnel to handle the record (need to be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the applicant).Do the import and export of batteries, the product needs to do the record, each import and export with the record documents to go to the commodity inspection for import and export approval procedures, with the approval procedures clearance.Application requirements:Scope of acceptance1.
